This work centres on Bai, one of the three characters in Quinn’s They series. First imagined as a fictional figure and later written into Quinn’s novel, Bai embodies the innocence of childhood within tones of yellow, pink, and orange. At the window’s edge, fantastical creatures retreat from the world, leaving Bai suspended between imagination and loss.
